How we Work

Although we welcome walk-ins for some lettering and signage, we prefer that you schedule an appointment for all design/logo/and signage work to be completed. In some cases, if you need to put your order on rush, we will do our best to meet your deadline requirements. Additional charges may apply for rush orders.

 

Vehicle Wrapping and Lettering Requirements:

After scheduling your truck or trailer for lettering we require the following:

1. Truck/Trailer MUST be dropped off the afternoon before, or at least by 4:30pm the previous day. The sooner the better. A quick review of work to be done is done at this time.

2. Truck/Trailer/Vehicle must be clean, washed of any dirt, mud or road film. Vehicles must not have any other previous lettering on them. We do not remove paint. If vinyl lettering is on vehicle we must be notified ahead of time. Removal of vinyl letters is billable at $125 per hour. If vehicle has vinyl lettering, and we are not notified, another appointment may have to be scheduled.

3. All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.


Logo Requirements for Printing

Any artwork from your website or scanner is not acceptable, unless in high resolution, or scanned in at 300dpi or higher.

If your company logo doesn’t meet these requirements, charges will apply for logo recreation.

All though .EPS format is recommended for our printer. Images or logos can also be saved in these other formats:


  • .PSD (Adobe Photoshop file)
  • .PDF (Universal adobe file)
  • .AI (Adobe Illustrator file)
  • .EPS (Illustrator,photoshop, flexi-sign, corel, etc)

.JPEG, .TIFF, or .BMP files with any resolution under 300dpi, will be recreated, and billed 75.00 per hour for recreating the logo.
